1 General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for “SchulzArchetypeMusic” – customised compositions
1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all contracts between Emanuel Schulz (hereinafter “commissioned composer” or “we”) and the customer (hereinafter “customer” or “you”) regarding the composition of customised pieces of music. The version of these GTC valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply.
2 Subject matter of the contract
The composer Emanuel Schulz offers customised compositions of pieces of music for companies and individuals. The exact services are specified in the respective order.
3 Conclusion of contract
A contract is only concluded if the customer issues a written order confirmation.
4. remuneration
The remuneration for the music composition is based on the agreed prices. These are set out in the order confirmation or in a separate contract.
5 Terms of payment
The terms of payment shall be specified individually in the order confirmation. As a rule, a down payment of 30% of the total amount is due when the order is placed. The remaining payment is due after completion of the composition and before delivery of the final files.
6 Copyright
The music compositions created are protected by copyright and all rights remain with Emanuel Schulz until full payment has been made by the customer.
After full payment, the customer receives the exclusive rights of use for the agreed purposes. These exclusive rights of use are compensated either by an annual or monthly licence fee or a total lump sum price as specified in the order confirmation or a separate contract.
It is important to note that Emanuel Schulz retains the right to use his compositions on his website, YouTube or other free platforms as a demonstration of his work. In such cases, the clients and the agreed purposes will of course be named to ensure transparency and recognition for the collaboration.”
7 Changes and cancellations
Changes to the order or cancellations must be made in writing and require the consent of both contracting parties. In the event of cancellations, the customer may be charged costs to cover expenses already incurred by Emanuel Schulz.
8 Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Details can be found in the privacy policy on the Schulz Archetype Music website.
9. final provisions
The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply. The place of fulfilment and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Vienna.

2. general terms and conditions (GTC) for Schulz Archetype Music, seminars & individual consultations
1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all services, seminars, individual consultations and the Musical Personality Test offered by Emanuel Schulz under the name “Schulz Archetype Music”.
2. services
Emanuel Schulz offers group seminars for companies in the areas of leadership, team-building and stress management as well as individual counselling. The seminars and counselling sessions include the use of the “Musical Personality Test”, which contains 12 self-composed pieces of music.
3. musical personality test
The Musical Personality Test is the intellectual property of Emanuel Schulz and may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed or used in any other way without express authorisation.
4 Booking and payment
Bookings for seminars and individual counselling sessions are made in writing after consultation with Emanuel Schulz.
Payment for company seminars shall be made by bank transfer, 50% when the order is placed, 50% up to 14 days after receipt of the final invoice.
Payment for health seminars: Payment and registration by bank transfer no later than 3 working days before the seminar.
5. conditions in the event of cancellation or change of order by the customer
Company seminars: In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees are due:
– up to 30 days before the booked date a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value
– between 29 and 7 days before the booked date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value
– in the event of later cancellation or no-show without cancellation, 100% of the order value will be charged.
b. The fee is waived if substitute participants are named.
c. If the booked event is postponed and held within 6 months, the cancellation fee will be waived, but the total amount will be invoiced immediately and is due promptly.
Health seminars: Cancellation is possible up to 3 working days before the start of the event at the latest and must be made in writing. In the event of a timely cancellation, the payment already made will be refunded in full. In the event of late cancellation or non-appearance of the participant, the full participation fee is due.
7. data protection
Schulz Archetype Music’s privacy policy is available on the website and governs the collection, processing and use of personal data.
8 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is Vienna. Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
9. final provisions
Amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
